This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, you should not use the App.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of this Privacy Policy.

Any information or personal information collected by any third-party services, products, applications, websites and/or platforms, regardless whether they are accessible through our applications and/or websites; or
Any information or personal information collected by other companies or institutions that provide advertising services through our applications and/or websites.

This includes information you provide directly when you use the App:
Personal Information: Any information that identifies (whether directly or indirectly) a particular natural person, such as the name, email address, phone number, the identification number, location data, or an online identifier, etc. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
User Content: Content you create, upload, or share through the App, such as drawings, creations, or designs you save within the App.
Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for customer support, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us.
When you use our App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
Usage Data: Information about your interaction with the App, such as the features you use, screens you visit, buttons you click, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.
Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the App, such as your device model, operating system version, IP address, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA for iOS), and language settings. We refer to this de-identified information as "persistent identifiers."
Crash and Performance Data: We may collect data related to the performance of the App, including crash reports and analytics, to identify and fix bugs and improve stability.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Maintain Our Service: To operate the core features of the App and to provide customer support.
To Improve and Personalize the App: To understand how users interact with the App, analyze usage trends, and to enhance the user experience and fix issues. We only use automatically collected "persistent identifiers" to support the internal operations of our App.
For Security and Legal Compliance: To protect the security of our App, prevent fraud, enforce our terms of service, and comply with our legal obligations.
To Train Our AI Models: To develop, train, and improve our artificial intelligence models and algorithms that power the generation features. We may use your User Content in an aggregated and anonymized form for this purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:
With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (to store app data) and data analytics (to improve app performance). We only authorize them to use automatically collected "persistent identifiers" to support our internal operations and require them to adhere to the same strict privacy standards.This may include:
Cloud hosting and storage providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud).
Data analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase).
Infrastructure and crash monitoring services (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics).
Push notification services (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging).
These service providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
With Advertising Partners: We may share persistent identifiers (like a device ID) with our advertising partners to display advertisements within the App. These ads are contextual (i.e., shown based on the content of the app you are using) and are not based on behavioral targeting. Our advertising practices comply with app store policies regarding children's apps.This may include:
Advertising partners (e.g., Google AdMob), to show personalized ads.
For Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
We primarily store your edited content on Firebase, accessing it remotely via Firebase rather than on our servers. When you contact us for feedback, complaints, bug reports, or questions about your personal information, we may collect and use technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type, mobile model, operating system, network type, and other browser settings/preferences) and your contact details (e.g., email address). This data is stored on Google Sheets, not on our local devices or servers.
We generally do not store your personal information unless explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy. When retention is necessary for purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, we limit it to the period required by applicable laws and regulations. For instance, if you contact us for feedback, complaints, bug reports, or personal information inquiries, we retain your data and contact details only as long as needed to respond to your request, after which we promptly and securely delete it. However, we may retain data longer if required for legitimate purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, or enforcing agreements.

Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
Right to Erasure (Deletion): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.

If you have created an account, you can delete your account information (e.g. subscription information, payment information, contact details) through “Settings”.
If you want to access or control personal information collected and processed by us, which is not available by “Settings” on the APP, you can contact us via the methods we provide in the “Contact Us” Section hereinafter.
PLEASE NOTE THAT, if you decide not to provide the personal information we request (such as your contact detail to communicate with you) we may not be able to timely or adequately respond to your needs or proposals with respect to your rights as set forth above.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Our App is not intended for or directed at individuals under the age of 16 (or a higher age threshold as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
WE WILL NOT send you any promotional information by email, SMS, physical or telephone. PLEASE NOTE THAT, we use Google AdMob as advertising providers, any advertising on our applications are published and controlled by them instead of us, and therefore, if you click those advertising link to any third party, you shall read their privacy policies carefully, and you shall understand that their privacy policies are not controlled or covered by us(to know how Google AdMob collect and process with your personal information when you use any websites and/or applications have established partnership with Google AdMob, please refer to this link).
If you are a California resident, the supplemental terms in this section may apply to you. PLEASE NOTE THAT we may request proof of California residency before responding to requests made under this section. Right to Opt-out. WE DO NOT sell your personal information or share, exchange your personal information with any third party. Therefore, WE DO NOT offer an opt-out to the sale of personal information as required by CCPA. Right to know. You may submit a verifiable request for us to provide the following information, which we may be able to provide you for no more than twice in a 12-month period with free of charge:
The specific pieces of personal information we have about you;
The categories of personal information we collected, sold, or disclosed for a business purpose about you within the last 12 months;

PLEASE NOTE THAT we may not able to provide any copy of your personal information since we usually not store any of your personal information; and Right to Delete. You may submit a verifiable request for us to delete the personal information we have collected about you. We may retain personal information necessary to: (i) protect our business, systems, and users from fraudulent activity; (ii) comply with law enforcement requests pursuant to lawful process; or (iii) for scientific or historical research. YOU WIll NOT be discriminated (such as price discrimination) for exercising your rights under CCPA.
